Ad-hoc services will be invoiced within 7 working days of completion and payment should be made either by BACS transfer or by direct debit through GoCardless within 14 days of receipt.

All monthly commitment packages will require 1 month upfront retainer for the agreed contracted hours.

Additional charges may be incurred for printing, travel or purchases on behalf of the customer.

All Telephone calls, Emails or WhatsApp messages will be replied to within 24 hours.

A contract will be supplied to look after both parties best interests. You will be signing for the scope of works you have agreed to, this will keep costs in line with expectations, whilst protecting your work and confidentiality, which will provide you with reassurance, it will also prove as evidence that I am not an employee of your company.

All services will be deemed as confidential and I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

All works will be time tracked via Toggl which offers a unique reporting facility, any unused contracted hours will automatically rolled over into the next period.

Ad-hoc customers will be charge an agreed hourly rate and will be split into 15 minute increments, where necessary.

Public Liability Insurance available on request.
